By accessing or working with SOARA STUDIO, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional website design, development, branding, and digital services. Specific services are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each client.
Services may include but are not limited to:

2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before website handover or launch.
2.2 Late Payments
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects may be paused for outstanding payments.
3. Project Timeline & Revisions
3.1 Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and scope changes.
3.2 Revisions
Packages include a set number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revision requests may incur extra charges.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required content (text, images, credentials, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in content submission may extend project timelines.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
4.1 Rights Upon Full Payment
Upon full payment:

Front-end code & approved assets
are transferred to the client.
4.2 Agency Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Third-Party Licenses
Fonts, plugins, stock assets, and licensed software remain the property of their respective owners. Some tools may require separate client licensing.
5. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
We may assist clients in setting up hosting, domains, email, and related services, but we are not responsible for third-party service performance, pricing, downtimes, or renewals.
Clients are responsible for ongoing fees unless stated otherwise.
6. Website Launch & Handover
The final balance must be paid before site launch or access transfer. Once launched, the client assumes responsibility for website management unless enrolled in a maintenance plan.
7. Maintenance & Support
Maintenance, updates, security monitoring, and technical support are not included unless the client has enrolled in a maintenance plan.
Any post-launch work requested without a maintenance agreement will be billed at standard hourly or project rates.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital creative work, all payments are non-refundable once work begins.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business

Security breaches or vulnerabilities caused by third-party platforms

Website downtime due to hosting or third-party failures
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination must be paid for in full.
Deposits are non-refundable.
